COVID-19 Health Check Requirements
In addition to wearing a mask, The Artist is requiring all attendees of this event to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR to have received a negative diagnostic COVID-19 test within 48-hours prior to entering the venue. The tour has these universal protocols in place out of extra precaution for fans, the band and tour crew. In attending the event, you certify and attest that you and all individuals in your party attending the event will abide by the following regulations:
REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY – HEALTH CHECK
The Artist is requiring all attendees of this event to be either:
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR
- To have received a negative diagnostic COVID-19 test within 48 hours prior to entering the venue.
FOR FANS THAT ARE FULLY VACCINATED
Fully vaccinated fans are required to show the following prior to entry:
- Proof of FULL Covid-19 Vaccination (vaccination card)
- Photo ID (driver’s license, school id, military id, passport, etc.) matching the name on the vaccination card is required.
- Picture of photo ID will NOT be accepted.
*A booster dose is NOT needed to meet this requirement.
**Fans who are fully vaccinated on or before January 27, 2022, meet the 14-day requirement.
FOR FANS THAT ARE NOT FULLY VACCINATED
Fans who are NOT fully vaccinated are required to show the following prior to entry:
- Proof of Negative COVID-19 Diagnostic Test
- Tests must be completed by a healthcare provider. At home tests will NOT be accepted.
- Test results must show your name, date/time of the test taken and negative result.
- Test date must be within 48 hours of the event (taken February 8 – 10, 2022).
- Test results may be in the form an e-mail shown on your mobile device or a printout of the results.
- Acceptable tests include:
- PCR - Polymerase chain reaction
- Antigen rapid test result
- Nucleic acid test (NAT) or Nucleic acid amplification test (NAATs)
- Reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP)
- At home tests will NOT be accepted.
- Photo ID (driver’s license, school id, military id, passport, etc.) matching name on test results is required.
- Pictures of photo ID will NOT be accepted.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
To help expedite the entry process, venue staff will be on-site at the Bryce Jordan Center Box Office from 8AM –3PM Thursday, February 10, 2022 to perform Health Checks ahead of gates opening. Following verification of Health Check requirements, fans may leave and return to the venue later.
According to the CDC you are considered “full vaccinated*” if you meet the following criteria:
- 2 weeks (14 days) after your dose of an accepted single-dose vaccine
- 2 weeks (14 days) after your second dose of an accepted 2-dose series
- 2 weeks (14 days) after you received 2 doses of any “mix-and-match” combination of accepted COVID-19 vaccines administered at least 17 days apart.
KOACARE is offering a limited number of rapid diagnostic tests on-site at the Bryce Jordan Center starting at 4:00 PM Thursday, February 10, 2022 at a cost of $39.99/test. Fans can register and pre-pay online at: https://calendly.com/returntolive/bebjc-210?month=2022-02. Fans should proceed to the designated testing area upon arrival at the venue.
- Confidential results will be uploaded to the test-taker’s mobile device for presentation at the Health Check prior to entry.
- Testing availability is NOT guaranteed.

GA Entry Instructions
- The Bryce Jordan Center Box Office will open at 8:00 AM on Thursday, February 10
- GA wristbands available in the Bryce Jordan Center Box Office 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Fan must present their GA wristband to gain access to the GA floor section
- Fans with GA tickets will be allowed to line-up outside Gates A, B or C starting at 8:00 AM

Bag Policy
In line with the best practices at major entertainment venues, the Bryce Jordan Center utilizes walk-through metal detectors at all entry gates and restrictions on the size and type of bag that may be carried into the arena for all events.
Fans are encouraged to avoid bringing bags into the arena. This would include backpacks, purses, briefcases, duffle bags, coolers, etc.
PERMITTED BAGS AT THE BRYCE JORDAN CENTER:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5”.
An exception will be made for medically necessary items that cannot fit into a clear bag, after proper inspection.
Fans will be asked to return non-approved bags or other prohibited items to their vehicle prior to arena entry. There is no check-in location for prohibited bags or items at the BJC.
All media representatives with necessary bags and equipment must enter the BJC at the media entrance to have each item inspected and tagged prior to entering the BJC.
Reusable Water Bottles
In an effort to reduce plastic waste, Billie is encouraging her fans to bring a reusable water bottle to her show. Each ticket holder will be allowed to bring one reusable water bottle inside the arena. Bottles must be emtpy upon entering the arena and no larger than 32 ounces.
Camera Policy
Flash photography, camera or recording equipment (including cameras with detachable lenses, any form of camera stand or audio/video recording devices, laptops or tablets) laser pointers or other electronics are strictly prohibited. Small, non-professional cameras (camera phones) will be allowed.
Parking Policy
General parking for Bryce Jordan Center events is available in the Jordan East, Stadium West and Port North lots. Additional Parking available in the East Parking Deck.
- Parking requires a valid Penn State parking permit or payment of the event parking fee.
- $20 day-of-event (cash only)
- $11 pre-pay and save through ParkMobile
- There is no charge for parking with a valid Penn State parking permit.
PARKMOBILE PREPAYMENT INFORMATION
- Prepayment is required by 11:59 p.m. the day before the event or day-of-event rates will apply.
- Guests must park at the lot selected on the ParkMobile website
- Guests must present their ParkMobile QR code to event parking staff on their mobile device. Printed permits from the ParkMobile website will also be accepted.
Parking is provided and managed by Penn State Transportation Services.

The Bryce Jordan Center now offers products containing NUTS that are not individually packaged. Products at this location may contain or come into contact with TREE NUTS or other allergens.
