Health & Safety
Our Commitment to Your Health & Safety
At the Bryce Jordan Center, the health and safety of our guests is our highest priority. As part of Penn State University, the Bryce Jordan Center will continue to adhere to and adjust our protocols as public health guidelines evolve. As of March 7, 2022, consistent with the latest guidance from the CDC, masks will no longer be required during events at the Bryce Jordan Center.
Individuals who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 should stay home and contact their health care provider.
For the latest COVID-19 news and information, visit Penn State’s Coronavirus Information website. Continue to follow CDC-recommended health/safety precautions, contact your healthcare provider if you have questions or feel ill, and review information from state and national health authorities.
Some events at the Bryce Jordan Center may have additional health and safety guidelines as required by the artist. We encourage fans to regularly check the individual event pages on our website www.bjc.psu.edu for event-specific requirements.
Our team is cleaning and sanitizing the venue, giving extra attention to high touch areas, before, during and after each event.
We've reduced touchpoints and increased distancing through the following updates:
- Entry Process - Upon entry, you'll notice we've moved to walk-through metal detectors at security check points.
- Digital Ticketing - We've moved to all digital ticketing. You will scan your digital ticket from your mobile device to gain entry. LEARN MORE
- Mobile Ordering at Concessions - You can now skip the line and order concessions from your phone through pennstateeats.psu.edu!
- Restrooms and Santization Stations - Restrooms feature touch-free fixtures and are regularly cleaned and sanitized. Hands-free hand sanitizer dispensers are located throughout the venue.
