Penn State Procurement Services will hold a Supplier Diversity Trade Fair at the Bryce Jordan Center (BJC) on the University Park campus on Thursday, May 17 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

The event is open to the Penn State community, including all campuses, as well as to the public.

Held on the concourse level of the BJC, the fair will showcase small, woman-owned, minority-owned, and veteran-owned businesses. About 40 to 50 suppliers will represent various commodity areas:

  • advertising
  • audio-visual
  • cleaning contracting
  • consulting
  • design and engineering
  • electrical
  • fabrication and stamping
  • flagging contracting
  • foodservice
  • furniture
  • general contracting
  • HVAC 
  • IT
  • janitorial
  • novelties
  • office supplies
  • photography and videography
  • precision machining
  • printing
  • security systems
  • scientific ​
  • staffing

Penn State General Stores and Purchasing Services (eBuy) will host booths as well. Suppliers represent four Procurement areas: Centralized Purchasing, Housing and Foods Purchasing, Applied Research Lab Purchasing, and Office of Physical Plant’s Design and Construction.

The Campus Shuttle via College Avenue IM Building and Pollock Road Shields Building will be running throughout the fair.

Visitors can purchase lunch and snacks at Bryce Jordan Center Concessions.
