Celebrity Court Pass
The best access for the biggest fans! Celebrity Court Pass gets you on the court for an up-close view of the Harlem Globetrotters during their pregame warm-ups! You'll have exclusive access interact with the entire team while they warm-up their World Record-breaking shots, snap on-court photos and receive a commemorative lanyard! Warm-ups begin 30 minutes before game time and will last for 15 minutes. Please check-in courtside by the announcer's table banner immediately after doors open. EVERYONE participating in the Celebrity Court Pass must have a game ticket AND Court Pass. This includes all children as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them on the court. Please make sure you have BOTH tickets. Children under 10 may not participate unaccompanied (parent/guardian must also have a Court Pass). NO EXCEPTIONS. Magic Pass
Calling all hoop lovers! This is your chance to show that you've got GAME. Bring the fam and join the Harlem Globetrotters and Washington Generals on the court before the game to show your skills, shoot some hoops, and get player autographs and photos! The one-of-a-kind 30-minute pre-game, MAGIC PASS begins 90 minutes before tip-off and will create memories you'll never forget. Because this event takes place prior to doors opening, EVERYONE entering the venue early must have a game ticket AND Magic Pass for entry. This includes all children as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them into the building. If you plan on attending Magic Pass, please make sure you have BOTH tickets. NO EXCEPTIONS. Soft/rubber soled shoes must be worn on court. Late arrivals will not be refunded. Magic Pass is available for purchase here.

Allergen Warning
The Bryce Jordan Center now offers products containing NUTS that are not individually packaged. Products at this location may contain or come into contact with TREE NUTS or other allergens.
Bag Policy
In line with the best practices at major entertainment venues, the Bryce Jordan Center utilizes walk-through metal detectors at all entry gates and restrictions on the size and type of bag that may be carried into the arena for all events.
Fans are encouraged to avoid bringing bags into the arena. This would include backpacks, purses, briefcases, duffle bags, coolers, etc.
PERMITTED BAGS AT THE BRYCE JORDAN CENTER:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” x 1".
An exception will be made for medically necessary items that cannot fit into a clear bag, after proper inspection.
Fans will be asked to return non-approved bags or other prohibited items to their vehicle prior to arena entry. There is no check-in location for prohibited bags or items at the BJC.
All media representatives with necessary bags and equipment must enter the BJC at the media entrance to have each item inspected and tagged prior to entering the BJC.
Camera Policy
Flash photography, camera or recording equipment (including cameras with detachable lenses, any form of camera stand or audio/video recording devices, laptops or tablets) laser pointers or other electronics are strictly prohibited. Small, non-professional cameras (camera phones) will be allowed.
Health & Safety
At the Bryce Jordan Center, the health and safety of our guests is our highest priority. Attendance at any public event involves certain unavoidable risks such as exposure to or infection by transmissible diseases, viruses, and other illnesses (including, but not limited to, COVID-19 and its variants). Your presence at events or programs hosted by The Pennsylvania State University indicates your assumption of any and all such risk as well as your agreement to adhere to all University policies including, but not limited to, those intended to mitigate the spread of transmissible illnesses. As a member of our community or guest, it is your responsibility to practice basic health, safety, and sanitation measures. The University prohibits your attendance if you are symptomatic of any commonly spread transmissible illness.
Media Requests
Media passes are available for most events at the Bryce Jordan Center. To obtain a media pass (photo pass, video pass OR review ticket) please submit your request by filling out the Bryce Jordan Center Media Request Form no later than one week prior to the event for consideration.
- Please submit one form per pass requested.
- Media passes are granted at the discretion of each touring event and are valid for one person per pass.
- Confirmation of access, as well as directions on how to enter the arena, will be communicated upon approval.
- We will do our best to notify you if you've been approved or not within 24 to 72 hours of the event requested.
Photo passes do not include tickets to attend the event.
Failure to follow media guidelines will result in immediate removal from the Bryce Jordan Center.
Parking
General parking for Bryce Jordan Center events is available in the Jordan East, Stadium West and Port North lots. Additional Parking available in the East Parking Deck.

- $10 day-of-event (cash only)
- $6 pre-pay and save through ParkMobile
- There is no charge for parking with a valid Penn State parking permit.
PARKMOBILE PREPAYMENT INFORMATION
- Prepayment is required by 11:59 p.m. the day before the event or day-of-event rates will apply.
- Guests must park at the lot selected on the ParkMobile website
- Guests must present their ParkMobile QR code to event parking staff on their mobile device. Printed permits from the ParkMobile website will also be accepted.
Parking is provided and managed by Penn State Transportation Services.
