Weather Alert!
We know many fans are already lining up for today’s Commonwealth Concert Series featuring Cole Swindell with special guest Gabby Barrett — and with heavy rain in the forecast, we encourage everyone to plan accordingly and dress for the weather.
Umbrellas, raincoats and ponchos are encouraged for those spending extended time outside throughout the day.
Please note: tents located outside each gate are designated for the security screening process and are not intended for general queuing or weather shelter prior to gate entry.
Guests are also reminded to follow all applicable Penn State and State College Borough policies throughout the day. Tickets and Parking
Tickets
- Tickets to the Commonwealth Concert Series are FREE and required for entry to the event.
- Tickets are SOLD OUT for this event and must have been claimed through Ticketmaster.com.
- Tickets are non-transferable. Learn more about how to use mobile tickets HERE.
- The Commonwealth Concert Series features General Admission seating. Guests may choose their seats upon arrival on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If you are unable to attend this event, tickets claimed through Tickemaster can be returned and made available to other fans. Simply log into your Ticketmaster account, view the order, and use the chat feature to request a return. Returned tickets will be available at Ticketmaster.com. There is no alert system or wait list to be notified when tickets are returned and made available.
Parking
Parking for the Bryce Jordan Center is provided and managed by Penn State Transportation Services and requires a valid Penn State parking permit of payment of the event parking fee. Parking for Bryce Jordan Center events is available in the following Commuter lots: Jordan East, Stadium West and Porter North. - No charge for those with a valid Penn State University Park faculty/staff or student parking permit.
- Pre-pay using ParkWhiz.
- Cash payments are not accepted on event nights. Fans without a Penn State faculty/staff or student parking permit or who have not prepaid through ParkWhiz will be required to pay full price for parking through the HONK platform.
Head-in parking is required in event parking areas, and the license plate number provided with payment must match that of the vehicle parked for the event.

PARKWHIZ PREPAYMENT INFORMATION
- Prepayment must be completed by the day before the event to avoid day-of-event rates.
- Park in the specific lot selected on the ParkWhiz website.
- Show your ParkWhiz pass on your mobile device if requested. Printed passes are also accepted.
Head-in parking is required in event parking areas, and the license plate number provided with payment must match that of the vehicle parked for the event.
DAY-OF-EVENT PARKING VIA HONK
If you haven’t prepaid for parking through ParkWhiz (available through the day before the event), you must pay full price via the HONK platform using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Scan the QR Code
- Locate signage in the lot.
- Scan the QR code with your phone to pay.
Option 2: Text to Pay
- Text PSUCR to 75498.
- Tap the link in the reply to complete payment.
Option 3: Use the HONK App
- Download the HONK parking app.
- Enter zone number PSUCR to pay.

Purchasing parking from third-party resellers may result in:

Accessible Parking

Policies and Procedures
Accessibility
Accessible seating is available for purchase through the Bryce Jordan Center Box Office or through Ticketmaster. We highly recommend patrons contact our ticket office directly (814) 865-5555, as our staff has more intimate knowledge of our facilities and can best serve our patrons with accessible seating needs. Review our accessibility accommodations for details on interpretive services, wheelchair space locations, and guide animals.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at this event. All alcohol purchases must be accompanied by a valid state-issued driver’s license or ID, Passport or Military ID. You must be 21 years of age to purchase any alcohol. Service of alcoholic beverages is limited to two (2) drinks per person, per purchase. Management has the right to refuse service at any time. Alcohol sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of Bryce Jordan Center management.
Allergen Warning
The Bryce Jordan Center now offers products containing NUTS that are not individually packaged. Products at this location may contain or come into contact with TREE NUTS or other allergens.
Bag Policy
PERMITTED BAGS AT THE BRYCE JORDAN CENTER:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” x 1".
NOT PERMITTED
- Any clear bag larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
- Backpacks
- Diaper Bags
- Messenger Bags
- Roll Bags
- Binocular Cases
- Duffle Bags
- Coolers
An exception will be made for medically necessary items that cannot fit into a clear bag, after proper inspection.
Fans will be asked to return non-approved bags or other prohibited items including empty, refillable water bottles to their vehicle prior to arena entry. There is no check-in location for prohibited bags or items at the BJC.
All media representatives with necessary bags and equipment must enter the BJC at the media entrance to have each item inspected and tagged prior to entering the BJC.
Limit one bag per guest.
Camera Policy
Flash photography, camera or recording equipment (including cameras with detachable lenses, any form of camera stand or audio/video recording devices, laptops or tablets) laser pointers or other electronics are strictly prohibited. Small, non-professional cameras (camera phones) will be allowed.
Media Requests
Media passes are available for most events at the Bryce Jordan Center. To obtain a media pass (photo pass, video pass OR review ticket) please submit your request by filling out the Bryce Jordan Center Media Request Form no later than one week prior to the event for consideration.
- Please submit one form per pass requested.
- Media passes are granted at the discretion of each touring event and are valid for one person per pass.
- Confirmation of access, as well as directions on how to enter the arena, will be communicated upon approval.
- We will do our best to notify you if you've been approved or not within 24 to 72 hours of the event requested.
Photo passes do not include tickets to attend the event.
Failure to follow media guidelines will result in immediate removal from the Bryce Jordan Center.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY MOBILE TICKET?
- Open your Ticketmaster App or visit Ticketmaster using your mobile device.
- Login to your Ticketmaster account and locate the order with your ticket(s).
- Tap and show your ticket(s) upon entry. Your phone will be scanned for entry and you're in!

FAQ
When can I arrive for the concert?
Parking lots will open at 8:00 AM on event day. ParkWhiz parking pre-paid passes will all be valid beginning at 8AM regardless of the start time listed on the pass.
Gates A, B, C, and D will open at 5:30 PM, and the show will begin at 7:00 PM.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow additional time for traffic, parking, and venue entry.
Where can I purchase parking?
Official pre-paid parking for the event is sold exclusively through ParkWhiz.
Parking purchased through ParkWhiz will be valid from 8:00 AM through 11:45 PM on event day to accommodate guests arriving early for General Admission line formation.
If you haven’t prepaid for parking through ParkWhiz (available through the day before the event), you must pay full price via the HONK platform.
What should I know about parking?
Head-in parking is required in all event parking areas.
The vehicle license plate number entered during purchase must match the vehicle parked in the lot.

Is Accessible Parking Available?
Yes. Accessible parking is available in the Commuter Lots on a first-come, first-served basis for guests displaying a valid accessible parking placard or license plate and payment of the parking fee.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early, as accessible parking inventory is limited and demand may be high.

Should I expect traffic delays?
Due to construction, traffic delays are possible. A highway reconstruction project is currently impacting Interstate 99 and U.S. Route 322 in the State College area.
Guests should plan for additional travel time when arriving for the event.
When do lines begin for General Admission?
Fans may begin lining up for General Admission entry beginning at 8:00 AM at Gates A, B, C & D.
Which entrances are accessible?
Gate B and our Guest Entrance are the recommended entrances for guests requiring accessible access or seating assistance.
Guests requiring accessible seating assistance upon entry should visit Guest Relations inside Gate B, where event staff will assist in locating the best available seating to accommodate their needs.
What type of ticket is required for entry?
Only tickets claimed through the official Ticketmaster registration process are valid. Guests must present a valid mobile ticket for entry into the venue. Screenshots, printed copies of tickets, or forwarded ticket images cannot be accepted for entry.
Is seating assigned?
No. All seating for the Commonwealth Concert Series is General Admission and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Any numbers listed next to “GA” on your ticket do not indicate a seat assignment.
Is accessible seating available?
Yes. Accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Upon entry, guests needing accessible seating assistance should visit Guest Relations inside Gate B, where event staff will help locate the best available seating to accommodate their needs.
Accessible parking is also available in the Commuter Lots on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
No. Tickets for the Commonwealth Concert Series are non-transferable.
Tickets obtained through resale websites, third-party sellers, or unofficial sources will not work for entry.
What if one person in my group has all the tickets?
If one person in your group is holding all tickets, the full group must enter together.
Guests arriving later will not be permitted entry using screenshots or forwarded ticket images.
Can I save seats for friends arriving later?
No. To ensure a fair experience for all guests, saving or holding seats for guests arriving later is not permitted.
Can I leave and re-enter the venue?
No. Re-entry is not permitted once your ticket has been scanned for entry into the venue.
What if I can no longer attend?
Tickets claimed through Tickemaster can be returned and made available to other fans. Simply log into your Ticketmaster account, view the order, and use the chat feature to request a return. I'm from out of state. Can I attend?
Yes! If you have a Ticketmaster ticket, you are able to attend this show regardless of residency. PA residents were simply given first access to claim tickets.
