Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available for purchase through the Bryce Jordan Center Box Office or through Ticketmaster. Things You Should Know
ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at this event. All alcohol purchases must be accompanied by a valid state-issued driver’s license or ID, Passport or Military ID. You must be 21 years of age to purchase any alcohol. Service of alcoholic beverages is limited to two (2) drinks per person, per purchase. Management has the right to refuse service at any time. Alcohol sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of Bryce Jordan Center management.
Allergen Warning
The Bryce Jordan Center now offers products containing NUTS that are not individually packaged. Products at this location may contain or come into contact with TREE NUTS or other allergens.
Bag Policy
In line with the best practices at major entertainment venues, the Bryce Jordan Center utilizes walk-through metal detectors at all entry gates and restrictions on the size and type of bag that may be carried into the arena for all events.
PERMITTED BAGS AT THE BRYCE JORDAN CENTER:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” x 1".
An exception will be made for medically necessary items that cannot fit into a clear bag, after proper inspection. No backpacks allowed.
Fans will be asked to return non-approved bags or other prohibited items to their vehicle prior to arena entry. There is no check-in location for prohibited bags or items at the BJC.
All media representatives with necessary bags and equipment must enter the BJC at the media entrance to have each item inspected and tagged prior to entering the BJC.
Limit one bag per guest.
Camera Policy
Flash photography, camera or recording equipment (including cameras with detachable lenses, any form of camera stand or audio/video recording devices, laptops or tablets) laser pointers or other electronics are strictly prohibited. Small, non-professional cameras (camera phones) will be allowed.
Early Merch Sales
Early merch for Billy Strings will be available inside the Bryce Jordan Center 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM each night!
- Fans may enter through the Bryce Jordan Center Ticket Office and exit through Gate A after purchasing your items.
- Only ticketed fans may pre-shop for posters, make sure you have your ticket ready to verify upon purchase.
- Reminder: Limit one of each poster type per ticket.
- Fans may then return purchases to their vehicle during this period.*
*If fans purchase posters/merch after doors open at 6:30 PM, there will be no re-entry.
Billy Strings will have three merch locations open throughout the show.
GA Entry
General Admission (GA) ticket holders may begin lining up outside Gate A at 8:00 AM.
- NO saving places in the line, you must remain in line to hold your spot. No one is allowed to join parties already in the line. Do not leave items to save your spot in line, your items will be removed from the line.
- Gates open at 6:30 PM
- Once inside the BJC, access to the GA Floor is available at portal 15
- Wristbands will be distributed at the GA entrance on the floor
HEALTH & SAFETY
At the Bryce Jordan Center, the health and safety of our guests is our highest priority. Attendance at any public event involves certain unavoidable risks such as exposure to or infection by transmissible diseases, viruses, and other illnesses (including, but not limited to, COVID-19 and its variants). Your presence at events or programs hosted by The Pennsylvania State University indicates your assumption of any and all such risk as well as your agreement to adhere to all University policies including, but not limited to, those intended to mitigate the spread of transmissible illnesses. As a member of our community or guest, it is your responsibility to practice basic health, safety, and sanitation measures. The University prohibits your attendance if you are symptomatic of any commonly spread transmissible illness.
Media Requests
Media passes are available for most events at the Bryce Jordan Center. To obtain a media pass (photo pass, video pass OR review ticket) please submit your request by filling out the Bryce Jordan Center Media Request Form no later than one week prior to the event for consideration.
- Please submit one form per pass requested.
- Media passes are granted at the discretion of each touring event and are valid for one person per pass.
- Confirmation of access, as well as directions on how to enter the arena, will be communicated upon approval.
- We will do our best to notify you if you've been approved or not within 24 to 72 hours of the event requested.
Photo passes do not include tickets to attend the event.
Failure to follow media guidelines will result in immediate removal from the Bryce Jordan Center.
Parking
General parking for Bryce Jordan Center events is available in the Stadium West and Jordan East lots beginning at 8:00 AM.
- Parking requires a valid Penn State parking permit or payment of the event parking fee.
- $11 pre-pay and save through ParkMobile in Stadium West lots
- $20 day-of-event (cash only)
- There is no charge for parking with a valid Penn State parking permit.*
- Parking overnight is NOT permitted
- Tailgating is NOT permitted
PARKMOBILE PREPAYMENT INFORMATION
- Prepayment is required by 11:59 p.m. the day before the event or day-of-event rates will apply.
- Guests must park at the lot selected on the ParkMobile website
- Guests must present their ParkMobile QR code to event parking staff on their mobile device. Printed permits from the ParkMobile website will also be accepted.
Parking is provided and managed by Penn State Transportation Services.
*With the recent switch to virtual parking permits, Transportation Services is reminding permit holders of the need to show proof of a permit when event parking operation are in effect.
Permit holders can access a PDF version of their permit via the online parking portal to print or save on their mobile device. This must be shown to event parking staff upon request to access campus parking areas being used for event parking.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRINTING OR SAVING YOUR PERMIT
- Visit https://psu.t2hosted.com/Account/Portal and sign in with your PSU credentials.
- Once you are logged in, select “Permits” on the top menu of the page and select “View Permits.”
- Click on the permit number listed and scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click on “Print permit” and that will pull up a PDF version of your permit.
- Finally, you can print your permit or save the PDF to your mobile device.
Transportation Services is working on an alternative solution to validate permit registration at event parking areas and will share information when available.
