Student Ticket Sales
Student tickets are $11.50 and are available at ticketmaster.com. Student discount is courtesy of The Penn State Student Fee Board. To purchase a student ticket on Ticketmaster, go to the event and click on the "Unlock" icon. You will be prompted to enter your "offer passcode." As a Penn State student, your "offer passcode" is your PSU ID#. Discount applies to certain tickets only, limited supply available. Must present valid, University Park student or Altoona ID upon entry.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Accessible seating is available for purchase through the Bryce Jordan Center Box Office or through Ticketmaster. We highly recommend patrons contact our ticket office directly (814) 865-5555, as our staff has more intimate knowledge of our facilities and can best serve our patrons with accessible seating needs. Refer to our accessibility accommodations for details on interpretive services, wheelchair space locations, and guide animals.
Bench Experience
See the game from the team bench! Includes one seat on the bench, meet & greet, autographs and VIP gift pack. Each guest receives a Globetrotters replica jersey, tour program, VIP lanyard with marker (merchandise items distributed on arrival). For more info, email [email protected]. (Limited capacity = 8). Children under age 10 are not allowed to sit on the bench unaccompanied (parent/guardian must also have a Bench ticket). Check in at announcer’s table 45 mins before game time.
Celebrity Court Pass
The best access for the biggest fans! Celebrity Court Pass gets you on the court for an up-close view of the Harlem Globetrotters during their pregame warm-ups! You'll have exclusive access interact with the entire team while they warm-up their World Record-breaking shots, snap on-court photos and receive a commemorative lanyard! Warm-ups begin 30 minutes before game time and will last for 15 minutes. Please check-in courtside by the announcer's table banner immediately after doors open. EVERYONE participating in the Celebrity Court Pass must have a game ticket AND Court Pass. This includes all children as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them on the court. Please make sure you have BOTH tickets. Children under 10 may not participate unaccompanied (parent/guardian must also have a Court Pass). NO EXCEPTIONS. Soft/rubber soled shoes must be worn on court. Late arrivals will not be refunded.
Behind the Court Meet & Greet
Before you see them on the court, this is your chance to meet them in person! A limited number of fans will have the opportunity to interact 1:1 with some of your favorite Harlem Globetrotters stars. Get autographs, learn from players and take photos. Meet and Greets take place prior to game time. Please check-in courtside at the announcer's table immediately after doors open. Check-in will be open until 30 minutes prior to game time. Late arrivals are not permitted and will not be refunded. Children under 10 cannot participate unaccompanied. Each person must purchase the Meet & Greet add-on to be allowed entry into the Meet & Greet. This is an optional upgrade. A ticket to the main event is also required. Magic Pass
Magic Pass event takes place from 5:30 PM-6:00 PM. Calling all hoop lovers! This is your chance to show that you've got GAME. Bring the fam and join the Harlem Globetrotters and Washington Generals on the court before the game to show your skills, shoot some hoops, and get player autographs and photos! The one-of-a-kind 30-minute pre-game, MAGIC PASS begins 90 minutes before tip-off and will create memories you'll never forget. Because this event takes place prior to doors opening, EVERYONE entering the venue early must have a game ticket AND Magic Pass for entry. This includes all children as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them into the building. If you plan on attending Magic Pass, please make sure you have BOTH tickets. Things You Should Know
Bag Policy
In line with the best practices at major entertainment venues, the Bryce Jordan Center utilizes walk-through metal detectors at all entry gates and restrictions on the size and type of bag that may be carried into the arena for all events.
Fans are encouraged to avoid bringing bags into the arena. This would include backpacks, purses, briefcases, duffle bags, coolers, etc.
PERMITTED BAGS AT THE BRYCE JORDAN CENTER:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” x 1".
An exception will be made for medically necessary items that cannot fit into a clear bag, after proper inspection.
Fans will be asked to return non-approved bags or other prohibited items to their vehicle prior to arena entry. There is no check-in location for prohibited bags or items at the BJC.
All media representatives with necessary bags and equipment must enter the BJC at the media entrance to have each item inspected and tagged prior to entering the BJC.
Camera Policy
Flash photography, camera or recording equipment (including cameras with detachable lenses, any form of camera stand or audio/video recording devices, laptops or tablets) laser pointers or other electronics are strictly prohibited.
Parking Policy
General parking for Bryce Jordan Center events is available in the Jordan East, Stadium West and Port North lots. Additional Parking available in the East Parking Deck.
- Parking requires a valid Penn State parking permit or payment of the event parking fee.
- $10 day-of-event (cash only)
- $6 pre-pay and save through ParkMobile
- There is no charge for parking with a valid Penn State parking permit.
PARKMOBILE PREPAYMENT INFORMATION
- Prepayment is required by 11:59 p.m. the day before the event or day-of-event rates will apply.
- Guests must park at the lot selected on the ParkMobile website
- Guests must present their ParkMobile QR code to event parking staff on their mobile device. Printed permits from the ParkMobile website will also be accepted.
Parking is provided and managed by Penn State Transportation Services.
Allergen Warning
The Bryce Jordan Center now offers products containing NUTS that are not individually packaged. Products at this location may contain or come into contact with TREE NUTS or other allergens.
HEALTH & SAFETY
At the Bryce Jordan Center, the health and safety of our guests is our highest priority. As part of Penn State University, the Bryce Jordan Center will continue to adhere to and adjust our protocols as public health guidelines evolve. As of March 7, 2022, consistent with the latest guidance from the CDC, masks will no longer be required during events at the Bryce Jordan Center.
Individuals who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 should stay home and contact their health care provider.
