Drop-Off Catering - Online Ordering
Whether you are looking for a continental breakfast, boxed lunches, or small meeting catering options, we’ve got your event covered! BJC Catering offers drop-off style catering at main University Park locations for groups of 10 to 60 that fall under tax exempt status. If your event falls outside of those parameters, or if you are paying with an Associated Student Account, please complete our Catering Request Form instead of ordering online.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
- Please be sure to place your order at least 7 days prior to your event.
- No order is considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from our Catering Sales Office.
- There is a $200 minimum purchase for drop-off catering orders.
- Utilizing a desktop computer to place your online order will result in the best online ordering experience.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- We build-in to each order a 45-minute delivery window prior to the event start time.
- Please arrange for building doors to be unlocked to your location at least 45 minutes prior to the event start time. We do not have swipe access to campus buildings. Please be ready to receive the order at that time.
- Please arrange with the Facility your event is taking place in for tables or counter-top spaces dedicated to the F&B products.
- Upon check-out, please include any special instructions regarding building access or setup within the Special Instructions section.
- Basic setup of the products and serviceware is included in our services. The appropriate compostable serviceware (plates, cutlery, napkins, cups, etc) and recyclable serving utensils are included with each order. Disposable table-coverings are available as an add-on item.
- If you are supplying your own beverages, the selections provided should adhere to the University’s Pouring Rights Agreement (approved products are listed in the link).
- All food is to be consumed upon delivery. Catering boxes do not include sterno heat sources to keep food warm.
- It is the responsibility of your group to properly dispose of and/or store any left-over products.
PAYMENT & ORDER CHANGES
- Times, dates & quantities of orders cannot be modified within the online system after the order has been placed. If you have changes to your order, please contact our Catering Sales Office directly at the email address below. Quantities cannot be decreased within the 7-day window.
- You may pay / arrange for payment within the ordering system with the following options:
- PSU Purchasing Card (charged upon order confirmation)
- 10-digit Cost Center number (to be charged on the event date or post-event)
- 12-digit IO number (to be charged on the event date or post-event)
- If the University announces an official Campus Closure on your event date, we will look to reschedule your catering services within 30 days without penalty. All other cancellations made within the 7-day window are subject to no refund since products will have been ordered.
