Things You Should Know
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at this event. All alcohol purchases must be accompanied by a valid state-issued driver’s license or ID, Passport or Military ID. You must be 21 years of age to purchase any alcohol. Service of alcoholic beverages is limited to two (2) drinks per person, per purchase. Management has the right to refuse service at any time. Alcohol sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of Bryce Jordan Center management.
Bag Policy
In line with the best practices at major entertainment venues, the Bryce Jordan Center utilizes walk-through metal detectors at all entry gates and restrictions on the size and type of bag that may be carried into the arena for all events.
PERMITTED BAGS AT THE BRYCE JORDAN CENTER:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” x 1".
An exception will be made for medically necessary items that cannot fit into a clear bag, after proper inspection. No backpacks allowed.
Fans will be asked to return non-approved bags or other prohibited items to their vehicle prior to arena entry. There is no check-in location for prohibited bags or items at the BJC.
All media representatives with necessary bags and equipment must enter the BJC at the media entrance to have each item inspected and tagged prior to entering the BJC.
Camera Policy
Flash photography, camera or recording equipment (including cameras with detachable lenses, any form of camera stand or audio/video recording devices, laptops or tablets) laser pointers or other electronics are strictly prohibited. Small, non-professional cameras (camera phones) will be allowed.
GA Entry
Gate A will be the designated gate for General Admission. Fans with GA tickets may begin lining up outside Gate A beginning at 8 AM on March 18.
Mobile Ticketing
With mobile ticket entry, your phone is your ticket. Download the Ticketmaster App to manage your ticket(s) – all in one place! To access your mobile ticket(s), follow these steps:
- Open your Ticketmaster App or visit Ticketmaster using your mobile device.
- Login to your Ticketmaster account and locate the order with your ticket(s).
- Tap and show your ticket(s) upon entry.

Parking Policy
Parking is provided and managed by Penn State Transportation Services.
ParkMobile prepayment or a valid Penn State permit will be required to park at the Stadium West, Jordan East, and Porter North lots near the Bryce Jordan Center.
- Pre-paid parking through ParkMobile is available at a discounted rate ($22) until 11:59PM Friday, March 17
- Pre-paid parking through ParkMobile is available at full price ($30) 12:00AM – 4:30PM Saturday, March 18
Day-of-event parking will be available in the East Deck.
- Fans who have not purchased parking through ParkMobile and do not have a Penn State Parking Permit will be directed to park in the East Deck
- Day-of-event parking is $30
- Additional cash-only lots may be made available prior to the event and will be announced as they are added
ADA parking is available in the Stadium West and Jordan East lots.
- A state-issued ADA placard or license plate is required, along with a valid Penn State permit or ParkMobile prepayment or day-of-event cash payment
- Prepayment for any of the event lots with a valid ADA placard or license plate will allow for parking in the Stadium West and Jordan East lots
With very heavy traffic expected, fans are strongly encouraged to arrive early.
- Event parking areas will open at 3PM to those who have prepaid through ParkMobile
- Day-of-event parking sales at the East Deck will open at 5PM
- Bryce Jordan Center doors are scheduled to open at 6PM

As part of Penn State University, the Bryce Jordan Center will continue to adhere to and adjust our protocols as public health guidelines evolve. As of March 7, 2022, consistent with the latest guidance from the CDC, masks will no longer be required during events at the Bryce Jordan Center.
