BJC Tailgate Catering Packages

Welcome all tailgaters within the Founder’s parking lot & Jordan East Reserved 41 parking lot! We hope our online food and beverage ordering system will enhance your tailgating experience. At BJC Catering, we pride ourselves on our steadfast commitment to outstanding quality hospitality and guest services. We look forward to a great season and handling all your food service needs!

 

HOW TO ORDER:

  • All orders will need to be placed and processed online.
  • These orders need to be submitted by 12 noon on each Wednesday prior to the home game date that you'd like to order catering for. Orders received after that timeframe are subject to limited menu availability.
  • If you do not have an existing Account you will need to create one or check-in as a Guest. 
  • When ordering, you will need the following information:
    • Your Location: Founders parking lot or your Jordan East Reserved 41 lot #
    • License Plate Number of the vehicle onsite
    • Make, Model & Color of vehicle onsite
    • Cell phone number
    • Date of the Home Game
    • Your preferred 1 Hour Delivery Window
  • If you are paying by University Budget number, please include it in the "Additional Info" section, along with any other pertinent information.
  • There will be no refunds issued after the ordering deadline (Wednesday at 12 noon). 

 

FOOD SERVICE NOTES:

  • All food items are priced to feed approximately 10-14 people (unless otherwise noted).
  • All delivery orders are for Pre-Game and end 1 hour prior to kick-off.
  • All orders include the necessary catering serviceware, to include: compostable plates, cutlery, napkins, cups, disposable chafers, sternos, and serving utensils.

Interested in a large Premium Tailgating location near all the gameday action?

The Bryce Jordan Center Catering has 3 available locations for large, private tailgates. We will work with you on a customized game-day menu, bar services, serviceware style, linen & suitable tent rental (for the outdoor locations) to create an outstanding, quality hospitality experience.   • 1855 CLUB - Our newly renovated 1855 Club is a large, indoor space with views of Beaver Stadium that can seat up to 200 guests or a social style setup for up to 300. The club space features modern architecture, private restrooms and entrance, plus a state of the art video screen wall.
  • BJC GATES A & D - Our two outdoor locations at Gates A & D are ideal for traditional tented tailgating. The spaces are near all the game-day action but with the benefit of a private event space with access to concourse restrooms.
